A conversation
We talk about your organization and the changes ahead. Bring your leadership team if you wish. You decide what, if anything, comes next.
A Prechange Check
One team or department answers the Prechange Check. Leaders then meet for a 90-minute debrief to read the results together.
You get
- A baseline of your change capacity, by team.
- A heat map across the four conditions.
- A clear view of where to start and what to prepare.
The Prechange Check is not yet a validated scale. We use it consistently, before and after, to see whether conditions moved.
A guided pilot
One team of 15 to 30 people, plus a similar team as a comparison, over six months. Sukant guides the work with your organization.

- Month 0. Both teams answer the Prechange Check.
- Months 1–5. The pilot team builds the four conditions: short workshops, coaching for its leaders, and simple daily practices.
- Month 6. Both teams answer again. You receive a before-and-after report.
Why a comparison team
It separates the effect of the work from everything else happening in the organization at the same time.

There is no client data yet. The pilot creates it. If nothing moves, you still have a clear diagnostic of your change capacity. Fees are set out in a written proposal once the scope is agreed.
The results are yours. The data belongs to your organization.
